Church Safety Training
Midwest Tactical Training offers a wide range of training for church safety teams. If you're just getting started we can tell you what you need to get up and running. We can do a walkthrough of your church, identify weaknesses and offer suggestions for improvement. We can help you write your policies and procedures based on real-life documents that have worked at other churches for many years. Because I am a devout Christian, this is more than a financial venture for me. I have been a member of a church safety team for well over ten years, and would love to help you set up your own.
I offer my training to churches at a greatly reduced rate.

Creating the Safety Team
Physical security is just one aspect of a church safety team. We can help you set up the following teams to cover all emergencies:

The Armed Security Team
For many centuries the church has been a sanctuary, a place of refuge for travelers and communities. But the peace and tranquility of church has been shattered by a world-wide wave of violence and evil. Midwest Tactical sees the need for training your people to protect against the most heinous of threats - the active killer. We will train your church safety team in the following:
- Threat Identification and de-escalation
- Setting up concentric rings of security
- Choosing the "right" people to be armed
- Use of non-lethal force
- Legal use of deadly force
- Active killer interdiction (airsoft training & tactics)
- Marksmanship and formal range qualification
- The aftermath and working with law enforcement
- The "politics" of armed security in places of worship
- Concealed Pistol License Training
- Advanced Tactical Training
- How to communicate together
